The Q.Fly camera sensor is currently available for installation on Airbus AS350 and Bell 412 helicopter versions. However, the device is reconfigurable to be installed on any aircraft, whether fixed or rotary wings.

Yes. You need to provide the technical specifications of the UAV, maximum payload weight and available power supply and we adapt the Q.Fly configuration to comply with the required size and weight constraints.

Yes. In this case, a technical evaluation is carried out with our technical department to help you select the set of sensors that best suit the specific request.

Yes. The Q.Fly sensor is designed to interface with the aircraft power bus and flight controls, therefore a Minor Change Certification issued by EASA is required. However, unless otherwise requested, we will supply the sensor already complete with EASA airworthiness certification and installation bulletin.

Yes. In addition to the installation manual, training sessions are organized for both technical staff and pilots. If requested, we also send one of our technicians to provide the necessary support during the entire installation and flight-testing phase.

No. Q.Fly can only work with the activation of an annual software licence that enables the functions dedicated to aerial work activities.

The data acquired by Q.Fly devices is encrypted and always transmitted via encrypted VPN. Once reached the data center, they are anonymized and stored. The servers are protected by the most advanced cybersecurity techniques, and disaster recovery procedures are applied to avoid any loss in the event of problems.

Yes. Q.Fly sensors are designed for harsh environments according to MIL-STD Aeronautical standards and are rated IP67.

Yes. You can use your own data SIM card to give connectivity to the Q.Fly sensor.

Yes. The Q.Web platform is designed to integrate any type of data. In this case, we provide an SDK able to manage the entire communication process with your systems.

Yes. In this case we provide an API to communicate with our platform and get the data in the desired format.

Yes. However, for security reasons we don’t recommend software decentralization.

The advantage of choosing Q.Web as a Disaster Management solution is the possibility of taking advantage of a unique data aggregation pool and features that exploit a large database of data from different customers. Therefore, unless explicitly requested, the new features are shared with everyone, so as to benefit from the continuous evolutions made by individual customers.

Yes. Upon request, we organize on-site demos to allow you to test the technology.

No. It is not possible to program the Q.Fly sensor autonomously. Upon request, we can customize the on-board software by integrating the required functions.
