Founder e CEO
As the CEO of Hightek and the head of the Research and Development Department, Francesco is an expert in designing and integrating avionic systems and computer vision for the analysis of multi-spectral images. Francesco holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II. He further pursued a Ph.D. focused on the development of innovative avionic sensors, data-driven simulation techniques, and Computer Vision at the Polytechnic of Turin and Georgia Tech (USA). His exceptional experience forms the foundation of Hightek’s inspiration, solidifying the company’s position as a leader in aerospace sensor development.
Business Development Manager
Andrea holds a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and an MBA from the London Business School. He serves as the driving force behind Hightek’s exploration of new market opportunities and the expansion of its network of contacts. Leveraging his extensive experience as a Project Manager and Director at renowned international companies such as Rolls Royce, Avio, and Bell Helicopter USA, Andrea actively leads the Marketing and Commercial Area at Hightek. His expertise is crucial in analyzing and developing connections with sector managers, planning commercial activities, establishing partnerships, and devising sales strategies, all of which contribute significantly to the company’s success.
Scientific Advisor
CNG systems expert and EASA Flight Test Engineer, Manuela plays a pivotal role in our team. Holding the position of Professor of Aerospace Engineering at Polytechnic of Turin, she is also a certified EASA 21J.730, 21J.517, and 21.J.622 flight test engineer. With a wealth of experience, including over 100 publications in international journals, Manuela spearheads the research and development activities of new devices at Hightek. Her expertise extends to overseeing integration and certification processes on board aircraft, making a significant contribution to our leadership in aerospace innovation.
CTO
Graduating in Physics from the University of Salerno, he has evolved into a seasoned professional with advanced expertise in developing embedded software and designing high-performance Artificial Intelligence algorithms. Specializing in electronic device design and signal transmission systems, he currently holds the pivotal position of Technical Manager for Avionics systems at Hightek. His unwavering dedication and professionalism play a crucial role in driving the success and innovation of the company.
Responsabile Software Web
With a degree in Computer Science, Luigi brings extensive expertise in developing full-stack web applications. His specialization lies in managing, designing, developing, and maintaining web platforms, with a keen focus on Docker microservices and application orchestration. Proficient in both Relational and Non-Relational Databases, Luigi is dedicated to the development and implementation of new web software functions based on big data at Hightek. His passionate efforts contribute significantly to the continuous growth and innovation of the company in the international technological landscape.
Software Embedded
With a degree in Computer Science from the University of Salerno, Vincenzo is the cornerstone of software development at Hightek. He specializes in creating Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI) and low-level codes for sensor management and self-diagnosis of failures. Vincenzo plays a crucial role in developing algorithms for data management and transmission using protocols like TCP/IP, UDP, and MQTT, particularly for avionics systems. His expertise is indispensable in shaping Hightek’s technological success.
